By using our website, placing an order, or subscribing to our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, and any additional terms referenced herein. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

2. Online Purchases

  • Orders: All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

  • Pricing: Prices are in USD and exclude taxes or shipping unless stated. We may update prices without notice.

  • Payments: We accept secure payments via Shopify Payments (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.). You agree to provide accurate payment information.

  • Subscriptions: Coffee subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled via your account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing cycle.

3. Shipping and Delivery

  • We ship nationwide within the United States via USPS or other carriers. Free shipping applies to orders over $25 unless otherwise stated.

  • We strive to fulfill your order within 3 business days, then it enters the hands of the carrier company. Please allow 5-10 business days for delivery. You will be emailed tracking information to track the status of your order. We are not liable for delays due to carriers, customs, or unforeseen events.

  • International shipping may be available; contact us for details. Customers are responsible for any customs fees.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Resell bulk coffee (e.g., 130lb bags) for commercial purposes without written permission.

All content on our site (e.g., images of Vietnamese coffee, logos, descriptions) is owned by Cafe Saigon USA or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use content without permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Our products (e.g., robusta beans, phin kits) are provided "as is." We do not guarantee suitability for specific purposes.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products.

  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Florida, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Orange County, FL.
